03. Service Fee Guide
Service fees are determined based on the "Consumer Protection Act" regulations.
The service fees comprise material costs, call-out fees, and repair fees as follows:
Material Costs
Material Costs: The price of replacement parts during product repair (including 10% VAT).
Call-out Fees
Charged for onsite repair requests regardless of the repair service.
Call-out fee:22,000 KRW
Repair Fees
The technical service fee required based on repair complexity and time.
04. Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards (Fair Trade Commission Notice No. 2019-3)
Article 1 (Purpose)
This notice sets forth consumer dispute resolution standards based on the "Consumer Protection Act" to facilitate smooth dispute resolution between consumers and businesses by providing specific agreements or recommendations.
Article 2 (Filing a Claim)
If an agreement cannot be reached between the disputing parties, they may file a claim with relevant government agencies, municipal governments, the Korea Consumer Agency, or consumer organizations.
Article 3 (Product and Compensation Standards)
The scope of applicable products, resolution standards, warranty periods, and component retention periods are specified in the attached tables.

This notice shall take effect from the date of issuance.
